Refund policy
If you already use and/or wear our products, then please continue to order the size you normally purchase. It is our intention to ensure consistency across our products and their sizing.
Riding hats are non-returnable
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.
Items must be returned in the original packaging with labels still attached.
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items will only be deemed faulty if it is a result of manufacture and not through normal wear and tear or misuse.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled by customer for ex-stock items prior to delivery. After delivery Refund Policy comes into effect.
There is no cancellation for items ordered specifically by the customer
Warranty
We do not provide any Warranty on the products sold. For returns and refunds please refer to our return policy stated above and refund policy stated below
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (feed, supplements etc), custom products (such as special orders), riding hats, Jodhpurs etc. Machinery will be replaced only if found to be defective in Manufacuring. This has to be confirmed by manufacturer before a replacement can be given by us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via bank transfer only within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund too.
